At Velasca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-quality Italian craftsmanship; therefore, we offer a simple return or exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and the protective shoe film remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier point; once received at our Italian workshop, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
